George - A Children’s Illustrated Book Project

When my sister and I were little, we used to go on walks in the countryside with our grandparents, especially during spring and fall.

In 2001 my grandad wrote a short story, inspired by a walk we had gone on, about a little roe deer and he named him George.

In February 2024, much to my grandparents’ delight, I decided to try and illustrate that short story.
